The last few weeks have seen a tremendous rise in the acceptance of home working, in an effort to slow the spread of novel coronavirus all over the world. Companies are encouraging employees to avoid coming into offices and to instead work from home.

We are no exception and our team is working from home since the beginning of the week. This is not a new thing for us since we work remotely with our Design Director, Brand Manager and most of the designers we collaborate with since long ago.

We are not experts and this is a learning experience for everybody. One of the most repeated advice in remote culture is to create a mini-office where you can focus on work. It doesn’t have to be large: you can work on a desk, the dining room table or a hallway console, but a dedicated working space helps to create familiarity and discipline.

Despite the virus, the economy can't stop and we, the privileged ones, that can work from home also have the responsibility of keeping the economy running and help that small companies and brands that we love.

We are a furniture design brand and we can only talk about what we know, and we know that some homes are not ready for this new reality. Maybe it's time to rethink the interior design and decoration of your house.
